Our client, a growing boutique ad agency is looking for an Insights Analyst. This is a temp to hire or FTE opportunity that is fully remote. Must work PST hours if located in another time zone.
The Insights Analyst is responsible for supporting the team by leading and guiding with insights and data across marketing/advertising trends This role offers a strong opportunity to innovate and build expertise across a wide range of channels, with the ability to help drive opportunities for growth for clients and make an impact in a growing space.
Responsibilities • Work independently as the key day-to-day resource for campaign analytics and reporting • Integrate data from a variety of sources to identify key trends and emerging solutions in the advertising space to better inform client strategies and recommendations • Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and reports for assigned department. • Leverage internal and external data to assist in development of post campaign and quarterly client reports • Support the client services team by finding, interpreting, and analyzing data for client strategies and campaign reports. • Proactively stay up to date with industry content trends and emerging platforms • Manage communication to multiple external and internal stakeholders • Help progress partnerships with data partners, finding new ways to use existing data or enhance current data set
Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business/Data Analytics, or Marketing • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in advertising or Finance • Experience compiling data and insights for reporting • Ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data and summarize findings in a concise manner • Familiarity with advertising platforms • Leads with an analytically driven approach to identifying and solving business problems • Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done • Flexible, committed, and punctual • Able to stay calm, friendly, and professional under pressure in a busy environment • Ability to read and interpret data to inform decision making • Strategic problem solver and intuitively curious • Strong experience with MS Office Suite - Excel, Domo or Power BI, Social listening tools, and Google Suite
