The People Change Management team leads change initiatives for the People Solutions
Program (PSP). We evaluate the impact of new technology on the employee experience,
roles, data and processes to ensure an excellent employee change journey in a
sophisticated and fast-paced environment.

Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer to collaborate with subject matter experts and content owners to identify their employee training needs, develop training
curriculum, create and publish instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced
training modules. You will work with inter-disciplinary teams to create training including
video tutorials and Quick Reference Guides. You’ll work under tight deadlines with
minimal supervision in a fast-paced, environment where attention to detail, quality,
creativity, and accountability are tradition.

Description
• Learn, navigate, and create within multiple learning management systems
• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced
training content using instructional design and rapid development strategies
• Design and develop course materials to support a variety of delivery types (video,
audio, digital graphics, image production, etc.)
• Work with cross-functional business leaders and subject matter experts to build
effective and relevant course content
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support localization of content
• Support the management of our asset library auditing, updating, retiring content as
necessary
• Create engaging and applicable end-to-end learning materials to scale globally in
multiple formats collaborating with our partners to ensure alignment on personas,
user journeys, UI standards

Key Qualifications
• Degree in Instructional Design or 3+ years of instructional systems design experience
for adult learning audiences in different learning environments (asynchronous and
synchronous)
• 3+ years of writing curriculum or copywriting experience
• Proficiency with adult learning principles, instructional design models, and rapid
development strategies
• Proficiency with learning and content management systems
• In depth experience designing, developing, and managing end-to-end instructional
content in multiple formats for global audiences (curriculum/course development,
writing video and/or audio scripts, instructional text)
• Experience in working collaboratively cross-functionally on multi-faceted projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Proficiency with content authoring tools, web-based technical skills including HTML5,
CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, or Articulate Storyline
• Proficiency with the ecosystem and presentation software applications, including
Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, GarageBand, Final Cut Pro, Clips, or digital graphic
design

Education
Requires BA/BS and/or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
