Integrated Comms - Account Manager
Qualifications/Experience
Must have:
4+ years of related experience working in a marketing or PR agency (with experience working on integrated communications campaigns)
Experience working on technology accounts (either B2B or consumer)
Ability to manage projects, including setting client expectations and updating client throughout process
Previous experience running media sell-ins, and drafting content (including blogs and by-lines) for media placement
Project management experience
Creating content at every stage of the marketing funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF)
Must have management experience:
Managing client budgets, SOWs, and deliverables
Managing account team (direct line management would also be great)
Managing client overservicing
Leading new business proposals and pitches, including bringing relevant team together to work on brief
ABOUT THE ROLE
We need the senior management team to step back from day-to-day accounts, so they can focus on running the business, team management, and creating a culture everyone enjoys and wants to be part of.
So, we are looking for an experienced AM to lead key accounts. This includes:
Being the strategic lead for clients (and in some case the day-to-day lead)
Managing SOW, budgets, deliverables, and ensuring accounts are not over serviced
Managing the account team, including content, social, and design schedules
Organically growing accounts by pitching new ideas/proposals to clients

THE TYPES OF ACCOUNTS/WORK WE DO
We pride ourselves on being great storytellers and are looking for a strong integrated comms person to support the team in executing and building our integrated comms offering for clients.
You should have a keen interest in expanding your current PR/communications expertise into broader marketing tactics (content, digital, social etc.) in order to help deliver fully integrated comms campaigns/briefs for clients.
You will be required to work on both retained and project-based accounts that comprise PR, marketing, email nurture, SEO, social, and marketing automation support
Your role on accounts will be working with clients to understand their needs and objectives, recommending the strategy that will help them achieve these objectives (PR, marketing, content, social, and/or marketing ops), and managing the wider team, budgets and timelines to execute this strategy
OPPORTUNITY
This is the ideal opportunity for a strong AM looking to lead comms and marketing accounts, with a role encompassing both traditional PR and marketing disciplines, with plenty of scope to learn and specialise along the way
This role will likely be 25% PR and 75% marketing campaign/content development
