Junior Motion Graphic Designer
A well-known sports client is looking for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to support the team in creating motion graphics for multiple platforms – online and socials.
This is a 3 month contract that could lead to a fulltime role and the successful applicant will know how to design still and motion graphics and have a good knowledge of contemporary design trends. They must have a very strong eye for design and attention to detail. Experience in working under tight deadlines, with quick turnarounds is essential. They must be confident in their abilities to execute decisions alone.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in creating weekly social media content and assets for the website
- Assisting the Designer in creating work for various internal departments
Skills and Experience:
Great knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on After Effects and Photoshop
Track record of having designed and implemented a motion graphic project from start to finish
Experience in working off templates
Reasonable editing skills on Premiere Pro
Completing work to a set deadline
A basic understanding of video codecs, encoding, and formats
A keen interest in contemporary video trends and styles
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work within pre-existing brand guidelines
A collaborative approach and attitude
Graphics/design degree educated or equivalent industry experience
