REMOTE Junior Role
Description:
• Defines and designs Last Mile Delivery operations process (for example, supplier interaction, monitoring tracking information)
• Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
• Build engagement initiatives to ensure Spark is the platform of choice for delivery drivers
• Cross-functional collaboration to improve Spark driver engagement by partnering with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects
• Translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives to meet business goals
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Walmart.com and Stores Operations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement plans
• Executes process improvement and cross functional projects for Walmart Operations to completion
• Generate analysis, presentations, and recommendations to drive operational improvements
Minimum job qualifications
• Must maintain a positive, partnering type approach with all stakeholders
• 1+ years of experience in vendor management, account management, order management, or operations role
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills – listening, hearing, understanding
• Executive presence – ability to communicate and present ideas to an executive steering committee

• Proficient in MS office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and data pivots
• Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred job qualifications
• Scorecard and metrics creation experience which manage delivery operations performance
• Knowledge of the gig industry and the marketplace economy
• Action oriented with strong execution skills
