Job description

Our client, a premium beauty company, is seeking a talented Amazon Key Account Executive. This individual must be passionate about premium Ecommerce beauty, have strong negotiation and excellent relationship skills. 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our Omnichannel / E-Commerce business. This position plays a role in Health & Beauty Channel and Modern trade sales activities including sales, sales planning and sales data analysis. Your key mission is to drive growth and market share through a strong and trusting relationship with our E-Commerce partners, and you will be the point of contact in all aspects related to them. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of  the company’s US Marketplace Account

  • Monitor and manage on site presentation standards to support brand consistency

  • Strategically drive promotions across brands to optimize total sales

  • Optimize digital performance marketing to maximize revenue

  • Manage advertising campaigns and strategies with external media

  • Manage different tools and ensure all business fundamentals are well in place, including managing the Omnichannel, E-Commerce catalog

  • On a regular basis, review & correct product catalog to ensure all elements are accurate & nothing has been replaced or eliminated

  • Conduct weekly or more frequent audits of our platform using auditing tools (Internal & external), and website review to identify gaps & take corrective actions to ensure product images, content, descriptions etc. are accurate

  • Accurately and in a timely manner upload, monitor and optimize CP content including product images, descriptions, bullet points, tagging, ingredients, videos and other product detail page content

  • Data analytics & reporting, identifying key issues, challenges & opportunities and will be empowered to take corrective actions

  • Track CP ASINs to more accurately predict when they may be at risk of discontinuation: e.g. ineligibility for search or Subscribe & Save

  • Set up monthly promotions and other activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with FBA and Seller Central

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience in online consumer products sales, marketing or account manager experience is a plus

  • Experience in managing digital performance advertising campaigns for ecommerce including sponsored or paid ads

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment

  • Proactive, takes initiatives to anticipate and resolve issues

  • Digitally savvy and curious, understanding the dynamics of E-Commerce
