Our client, a leader in the furniture space, is seeking a DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGN LEAD to join their team. You will be working on a portfolio of internal and external facing digital tools, apps and websites.Lead Digital Product Designer
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to launch and maintain digital products
- User research and testing
- Contributes to and helps establish our design system
- Effectively communicates design decisions to high-level stakeholders
- Identifies opportunities and trends from the digital marketplace
- Iterates and responds to ideas for innovation and improvements based on data, research, analysis, or competitive reviews
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 1 year in a Digital Product Design or UX Design role working on a variety of different digital products
- 8+ years of experience with web design, user experience design, and system thinking, preferably within a product team
