Experience Design Lead
About
We are looking for an Experience Design Lead to help drive optimisations to a B2B software marketplace. You will be using best practices, real data and user research to generate recommendations to improve the click through rate (CTR) on the site. You will be comfortable designing a consumer centric site, focusing your efforts around two use cases for a particular piece of software. You’ll audit the current site experience, look at competitive experiences and understand the paid media entry points to the site before bringing to life a new journey that will be tested and launched. Whilst this project will not be a complete site redesign, it will be an evolution from work Huge has already completed this year.Must haves:
6+ years experience in a similar role
Experience defining user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
Comfortable working in a high-paced environment and making evidence-based decisions when faced with multi-options
Able to bring high-level concepts to life to sell in ideas and recommendations
Excels at simplifying complex problem spaces into elegant and impactful solutions
Up to date with the latest UX and UI best practices
Comfortable working alongside product managers, UI designers, content strategists and collaboratively develop the best solution
Handing off documentation to 3rd party development teams
Great to haves:
Experience of B2B marketplaces or platforms
Experience in the facilitation of hypothesis and prioritisation workshops
Familiarity of the product process and working with product owners
Experience working on evidence based optimisation projects
