Client Overview:

We are a cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management service and also provides a complementary suite of enterprise applications focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development. Our team is looking for a Learning and Development Program Manager to join our team. 

 

About the role: 

Monitor and report the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.

Involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

May lead and direct the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Contribute to the definition of the vision, strategy, plan, and learning design for the leadership development

Transition Learning Journey and related experiences

Manage the implementation of the vision, strategy, plan, and learning design for Transition, owning select components where applicable

Manage and integrate critical work path and timelines to effectively deliver across all development interventions for the Transition Learning Journey

Determine and implement solution delivery approach across the Transition Learning Journey

Ensure the right people and resources are in place to implement the vision for the Transition Learning Journey

Drive programs-related communication with participants and stakeholders (including working with the PLD Comms liaison and other Programs Managers)

Manage budgets and operating expenses (Working closely with the PLD Scaling/Ops team via centralized processes)

Partner intimately with PLD Operations team to ensure efficient schedule management and timing for a scalable, sustainable delivery

Manage internal stakeholder relationships (i.e. Faculty, Coaches, etc.)

Own and manage external vendor relationships for the Transition Learning Journey (Working closely with the PLD Scaling/Ops team via centralized processes)

Prioritize the filter/lens of “efficiency, scalability, and sustainability”

Develop own design, delivery, and stakeholder management skills on the job, learning from the Transition Lead and others Contribute to the facilitation and coaching of leaders

 

Qualifications: 

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
