Job description

Our client, a world leader in power generation, is looking to bring on a Learning & Development/Training Coordinator to join their team on a freelance basis for a 6+ month contract. This role is completely remote!

Overview: 
Collaborate with program leadership to plan, prepare and conduct program sessions, Technology related

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, coordinate and/or prepare materials for NovoEd platform uploads/updates for each program session
  • Upload participants and create learning pods in Novoed
  • Oversee the document management process (Box Folders and NovoEd) to ensure documents are updated / maintained
  • Edit and post class recording and pre-work
  • Serve as back-up producer for Virtual Instructor Led Sessions (100+ participants)
  • Track attendance at VILTs Logistics
  • Prepare program rosters, create learning pod groups, breakout teams
  • Confirm simulation logistics with Advantexe (provide participant roster, groups, etc.)
  • Liaise with Metrics that Matter on submission of rosters and the receipt of survey links
  • Liaise with LHH/Ezra on submission of rosters
  • Order/coordinate supplies and materials for programs
  • Submit enrollment updates to BYOU
  • Assist in creating reports
  • Update participant completion data to the learning management system (LMS)
    Communication
  • Coordinate calendar invites and communications to program participants and people leaders
  • Create distribution lists for participants, people leaders & coaches by cohort
Qualifications:
Must Have: 
  • Experienced in supporting large scale (100+ people) learning sessions virtually
  • Adaptable and able to perform in a high change environment
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support
  • Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with program teams to achieve goals
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Be able to grow positive working relationships at all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and responsible
    Possess customer service orientation
  • Skilled at Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
  • Skilled in working with various learning platforms (i.e., NovoEd, Microsoft Teams, learning management systems (LMS)
