Job description

Our global footwear and apparel client is hiring a Studio Librarian on a 12 month contract that is likely to extend and could lead to fulltime opportunities. This role is remote for now but may go onsite once it's safe in Beaverton, OR. This position is eligible for benefits and sick time.

Partner Studio Librarian, you will manage seasonal assets and product data to support our studio of photography, video and 3D assets. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content meets Brand standards, business needs and expectations. You’ll also maintain project documentation and specifications for integration into our evolving digital standards. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Coordinate, tag and upload assets to our digital asset management tools

• Maintains product data to help facilitate workstreams in AirTable

• Maintains content creation lists for seasonal readiness

• Lead taxonomy and tag management for downstream tools

• Lead and perform QA of imagery to protect brand integrity

• Manage content help desk and troubleshoot content related questions

• Perform intermediate-level Excel functions to gather product data and creation lists

• Work collaboratively to release imagery against Sales Launch Program

• Proactively troubleshoot discrepancies for Sales Launch Program

• Effectively queue in and implement where tools can help automate processes

• Create best practices to streamline processes

• Maintain documentation of standards and best practices

Requirements for position include:

• Sharp and effective communication is required

• Excel and AirTable experience

• Have a sharp, keen eye for detail and organization

• Ability to collaborate confidently and successfully within team environment

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities and initiate solutions Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience coordinating content related projects

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a digital asset creation role or environment

• Process and detailed oriented

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organization and executional skills

• Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
