Job description
Our client is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage their email and in-app messaging strategy.
Responsibilities:
•Manage email & in-app strategy, creative, scheduling, implementation, execution, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and analysis
•Use data and testing to optimize content and targeting for all customer communications
•Proactively evaluate branding, design, messaging, and functionality of email & in-app journeys, to develop the most effective campaigns
•Oversee list segmentation, targeting, and QA processes
•Monitor and optimize deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance to maintain high deliverability, data hygiene, and channel health
•Share campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
Requirements:
•3-5 years experience in digital messaging channels such as email, in-app, push notifications, and SMS
•Proven track record of creating, implementing, and optimizing complex journeys to meet business goals
•Knowledge of key marketing metrics, with solid analytical expertise and experience in building reports, tracking campaign results, and ROI
•Excellent project management skills with impeccable attention to detail & ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
•Ability to work independently as well as build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
•Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•Experience with HTML, Google Analytics, & Adobe Creative Suite
•Experience with SQL a plus
