What You’ll Do

HR and People Management: Identify, develop and implement key HR initiatives that will enhance the success of our business, including:
Performance management: oversee and evolve our annual review process and support founders in maintaining a competitive and equitable compensation practice across the company; help us deliver on our goal of being a culture that promotes and rewards stars
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion, lead, and implement programs focused on promoting a culture that actively supports inclusion and equity for all team members. Thought partner around how the company should continue to bring diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to life. Includes fostering company access, connectedness and belonging in our new hybrid work environment.
Onboarding: establish and evolve our onboarding experience, creating a wow moment for new hires which sets them up for clear success in their roles ahead
Employee Relations: provide proactive employee relations at all levels of the company, including problem resolution and acting as an advisor to leadership in maintaining a high performing team
Systems and Administration: establish and stay up-to-date on people management systems and processes, developing resources and structures to meet ongoing needs; own core HR programs, systems and policies
Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment for company, partnering w/ hiring managers to determine appropriate hiring plans and supporting a Talent Acquisition teammate
Strategy: develop and execute on People & Culture roadmap for the organization

Culture:
Identify and build traditions that bring our company values to life
Support and champion the copmany culture and values, acting as a driving force and example of company culture
Collaborate extensively with global, cross-functional company teams on special projects related to the employee experience
Organize the company’s internal events and social calendar (off-sites, team fun events, fireside, lunch and learns, holiday party, etc.)

Experiences which represent you:
5+ years of Human Resources / People Ops experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bonus points for start-up experience
Experience operating on a small but mighty team, you have proven experience in helping a team plan strategically and think big picture, but you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and take on work that needs to be done
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs that drive results for a growing business and opportunities for employees
Demonstrated experience coaching and advising management in an HR capacity
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to coach, influence and problem solve at all levels; you’re unafraid of tough conversations
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
A self-starter: you seek out workplace dynamics and initiatives that need improvement, and are excited by building from the ground up
A passion for culture building, creating an environment where employees are engaged, and helping manifest company values into practiced and powerful traditions
