Manager, Programmatic Media Overview:

As Manager, Programmatic Media, your focus will be managing the day-to-day programmatic media needs for the company’s financial services clients.

 

The ideal candidate for Manager, Programmatic Media will be a strategic minded, highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the digital world and financial services.

 

The role of Manager, Programmatic Media will have the option of working onsite in the company’s mid-town office or in full-time remote position capacity.

 

Manager, Programmatic Media Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute processes to manage the workflow of company’s programmatic campaigns across campaign activation and maintenance, proposal development, and post-buy summaries.
  • Partner with team to team to understand client business objectives and implement programmatic media activation strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Deliver on designated KPIs through robust audience strategies, relevant formats, and best suited inventories.
  • Pull insights from campaigns to identify areas to troubleshoot and optimize.
  • Oversee daily campaign maintenance including QA process, accurate campaign execution, pacing and performance.
  • Build relationships with publishing partners and proactively identify cross-channel integration opportunities and improvements for programmatic campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign budget including budget forecasting and planning.
  • Partner with account teams during planning and activation phase and present results to external and internal partners.
  • Work with account managers to lead the day-to-day client discussions on biddable media.
  • Manage daily activities of digital strategists and guide their overall growth and development.  

 

Manager, Programmatic Media Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, or engineering, or relevant field.  
  • 3-5+ years of digital experience within biddable media at an agency or client side.
  • Experience in financial services a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to pull important insights around KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Extensive experience with DSP platforms.
  • Experience with DCM.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of paid search and social media networking channels/ ad exchanges.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced financial services world.
