Market People Business Partner - Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Market People Business Partner to join our People team supporting our high-growth Operations organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with local pharmacy and operations leaders in our East Coast markets to support the development of a world-class employee experience at the company. This role will be responsible for coaching and supporting pharmacy and operations leaders on all talent and people related efforts across our East Coast operations. In addition, this individual will play a critical role in building and sustaining positive employee engagement through effective and efficient resolution of employee concerns, performance management, and other day to day people-related activities.

 

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Being the go-to, trusted resource for local managers and leaders to help them develop and build high-performing and highly engaged teams.
Supporting local managers and leaders on all people-related matters including performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, coaching, training, conflict resolution, and interpretation of employment policies and practices.
Ensuring escalated client/employee issues are resolved with urgency and deliver services with a process improvement mindset to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Liaising with various HR specialists and partners, including People Operations and Learning & Development, to proactively manage the employee experience
Partnering with the People team to create, plan, and execute culture building activities and career pathing across Operations.
Supporting a variety of People initiatives on the Expansion Growth side of the business including, but not limited to, training and onboarding as necessary.

Requirements:

You have 5+ years of experience in the People function, preferably as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations specialist or similar role.
Previous experience supporting a geographically dispersed organization across an assigned region with both exempt and non exempt employees.
Strong background in managing employee relations and conducting investigations.
Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to get things done in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
