This role develops national and regional promotions. While working with the V.P. of Brand Development, this position maintains the marketing calendar, develops a promotional pipeline and executes unit level and market level tests. In conjunction with other marketing functions, including analysis, digital marketing and creative services, this position delivers promotions on time and monitors performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional team to develop and implement national and regional promotions
  • Track key project milestones and maintain marketing calendar and test calendar.
  • Write creative and media briefs that communicate critical project details including: dates, consumer insights, past promotional performance etc.
  • Work with creative services departments on creating collateral for restaurants
  • Craft marketing communications to the field and works closely with cross-functional departments to coordinate content and information for bi-weekly e-newsletter.
  • Track and analyze marketing programs pre and post execution to determine results, learnings, recommendations and next steps. Includes transactions, sales, redemptions, cost per redemptions, analysis against prior promotions and assessment of success. Competencies

Hours and Travel:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional hours outside of normal business hours and days of the week are the norm as well as overnights. A requirement of this job is to attend store openings, and visits during the evenings and on weekends. Overnight stays are also the norm.

Travel UP to 20% travel expected during a calendar year.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Regional or Field Marketing
  • Experience in sales and advertising can be advantageous
