Job description

Our client is looking to hire an ambitious, multi-talented Marketing Associate to work closely with our Marketing Manager to create and maintain our strong online presence. As one of the fasting growing, luxury aesthetic practices in Boca Raton, we are looking to continue to expand our amazing team. 

This position is responsible for assisting in content creation, social media strategy, reporting, events and more. This ideal candidate must have experience in filming and editing content that will be customized and optimized for each individual social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. as well as help capture before and after photos, plus organize and maintain the photo gallery on our website.

The specialist must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, polished professional with customer service skills. In addition, the ideal candidate must be dedicated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as experience are mandatory.

This position is not an entry level position, as professionalism and advanced technical skills are required.

Responsibilities
•    Assist with the marketing strategy and generate new and creative ideas.
•    Assist in planning and hosting of marketing related events, in collaboration with internal teams, including but not limited to medical providers, medical assistants, front desk, and the practice manager.
•    Create content and design graphics for social media and other marketing outlets. Should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
•    Assist with reporting and analyzing the performance of our digital marketing efforts, including our social media ads, google ads, SEO, etc.
•    Film and edit videos for procedures, before and after’s, patient journeys, staff outings, etc.
•    Create engaging content and be able to professionally correspond with patients, influencers, social media followers, and other stakeholders. 
•    Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
•    Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
•    Contribute and assist with email marketing, text marketing and website updates.
•    Assist with updating our ecommerce website, which is hosted on Shopify.
•    Go through daily PR opportunities and work with providers to get them featured in news outlets and press pieces.
•    Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors, including but not limited to graphic designers, writers, SEO specialists, etc.
•    Assist with daily administrative duties.
Skills
•    Proven work experience in digital marketing and advertising
•    Expertise in social media marketing across multiple platforms
•    Prior experience in marketing analytics and performance monitoring is a plus
•    In-depth knowledge of content creation and video editing
•    Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
•    Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
•    Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Multitasking and analytical skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant working experience
