Marketing Coordinator Overview:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is incredibly detail-oriented, able to provide meaningful input to implement and improve processes and standards, has a service mindset, and has a passion for the digital marketing space.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities ·
Help strategize, develop and analyze the competitive landscape, industry trends, and consumer insights to further internal marketing strategies · Collaborate with the Art Director and Senior Marketing Manager to brainstorm compelling social campaign copy and design initiatives · Assist in the creation of email campaigns, including copy and design, leveraging HubSpot and Sense · Help to source relevant industry related news and insights to share across company social channels, with an emphasis on LinkedIn and LinkedIn My Company · Assist in the routing and tracking of digital leads · Assist Senior Marketing Manager with all copy related needs including but not limited to writing new blog posts, enhancing and editing existing blog posts, and creating engaging social copy. · Work cross-functionally with internal teams on leveraging social media platforms as a selling tool · Assist in the management of the internal employee intranet, adding relevant marketing content and materials as needed · Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to review first drafts for website/landing pages, emails, and PPC creative to ensure alignment with requirements · Proofread marketing material for website/landing pages, blogs, emails, and social media · Assist with all aspects of virtual webinar event planning, including content management, speaker management and attendee management · Work to continuously seek and research market trends to provide valuable feedback and recommendations for social campaigns · Identify and propose internal/external ideas to help promote the general awareness of the company brand · Provide administrative support on various ad-hoc marketing duties such as inbox management, database clean-up, and requests from internal teams
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred · 1-2 years’ experience · Strong communication and organizational skills · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite · Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused · Knowledge of all social networking platforms · Knowledge of HubSpot and Canva are a plus
