Client Overview:


Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team focused on growing direct-to-consumer business. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily support owned marketing channels including Email, SMS, Push, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Direct Mail. 
They will work cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Creative, and Product, as well as maintain strong relationships with external partners.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and excited to support a critical part of the marketing efforts. They are looking for someone who is both highly organized and creative.


This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days a week in Torrance, CA.

 

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and push campaigns including writing copy, submitting design requests, setting up and scheduling campaigns, and reporting & analytics
  • Work closely with Sr. Marketing Associate to drive first purchases, repeat sales, adoption of consumables, and increase lifetime value through personalized, relevant communications.
  • Maintain social calendar and consistent stream of new content.
  • Execute content scheduling and analytics for social media channels including: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and TikTok.
  • Actively engage with social community across platforms, creating authentic interactions with consumers, followers, influencers, and other like-minded brands
  • Create content that drives engagement and traffic 
  • Coordinate marketing teams’ content needs with creative director and external creative resources – requesting samples, mailing samples, routing legal agreements, and requesting retouched assets.
 

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiar with multiple social media platforms, with experience managing content/marketing calendars, scheduling, community moderation and social analytics
  • Excellent copy-writing skills
  • Ability to identify and produce on-brand copy and content
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • Completes all given tasks in a timely, efficient and positive manner
  • Experience with Email Service Providers, SMS Marketing Platforms, and Google Analytics a plus
