Our client, a popular beauty brand presenting the latest makeup for every beauty enthusiast is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join their Makeup & Artistry team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting day to day departmental needs for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supporting artistry team, which includes 3 managers, on ad hoc admin duties
- Managing all inventory for artistry product kits for all campaign shoots
- Packing and shipping products and assets
- Assisting with creating PowerPoint presentation decks for the team
- Supporting and organizing contract execution with talents including makeup artists, influencers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in MS Office including a heavy emphasis on PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Intern/work experience in the beauty industry, digital content or marketing is a plus!
- Innate interest to stay on top of social trends within beauty
