Client Overview:

Our client is an iconic fashion brand creating the latest intimates apparel! 

Marketing Coordinator Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator executes and supports all marketing initiatives for both the wholesale and e-commerce areas of the business. This person is a highly motivated, process-driven coordinator with strong multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills.


Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all marketing requests from various departments
  • Facilitate communication as the Company liaison for Licensor’s Marketing; keep track of all requests/deadlines and provide timely execution
  • Responsible for keeping Design’s vision of a brand focused and intact across all outlets and mediums
  • Organize distribution of visuals and brand info for sales and stores
  • Create seasonal Features & Benefits to educate national fit specialists on product knowledge and deliveries
  • Copywriter for online descriptions ensuring consistency with brand language
  • Coordinate work for graphics and retouching
  • Coordinate all hang tag, care labels, and packaging artwork
  • Prepare all artwork mock-ups to send to graphics for updates
  • Help plan brand events to ensure strong brand representation
  • Coordinate the production of visuals and prepare all collateral for national and international tradeshows
  • Responsible for all brand submissions leading up to tradeshow
  • Keep all records and calendars up to date and following the company process
  • Update and track all marketing invoices and expenses to make sure all requests are within budget
  • Book models for market week and photoshoots
  • Plan and lead all product shoots by handling shot list, samples, studio and catering
  • Work with retoucher on product photo production post-shoot
  • Weekly checks on websites for accurate information
  • Weekly checks on consumer reviews; recap concerns or improvements needed

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably fashion & retail background (or related industry); luxury brand experience a plus
  • Required to have a working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Copywriting experience with the ability to adapt to brand voice and story
  • Good video editing skills
  • Flexibility & time management: the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of Brand building and Brand consistency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Clear and concise communication skills with proactive follow-up
  • Process-oriented work ethic
