Client Overview:
Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Head of Marketing to join a highly collaborative and dynamic firm. The ideal individual will have 4+ years of experience, be a self-starter, and have strong graphic design and writing skills. The Head of Marketing will oversee a three-person Marketing Team, as well as the leadership of the firm in executing marketing initiatives for the firm.
Responsibilities include:
• Working from our beautiful creative office building and the energetic and positive team inside
• Building marketing materials for all facets of commercial brokerage. I.E. Marketing flyers, offering memorandums, listing proposals/presentations, and e-mail marketing.
• Management and implementation of all company deliverables
• Management of marketing team
• Authoring, editing and organizing the marketing deliverables to ensure content is comprehensive and client specific and in accordance with the Touchstone Commercial Partners, Inc. brand standards
• Strategizing with brokerage teams to ensure the continued success of each team/division of the company
• Identifying and implementing ways to advance our marketing and business development efforts
The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills to meet multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. He/she will possess strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive attitude, and excellent work ethic with a flexibility to work with a variety of team members, including firm Principals, to meet project demands.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• At least 4+ years’ experience
• Degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field is desired
• Complete competency using Adobe InDesign and all other Adobe products
• Proficiency using Monday.com and Microsoft Office
