Responsibilities:

  • Grow advertising revenue with new and existing high-end clients.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead quality and conversion.
  • Managing the company's social media accounts and advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluating and optimizing performance of digital marketing efforts on a consistent basis.
  • Evaluating site analytics to identify digital marketing opportunities.
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget.
  • Maintaining knowledge of various best practices, tools and metrics to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensuring all digital marketing requirements are delivered around all product launches.
  • Optimizing key drivers influencing traffic and sales growth and positive ROI.

  • Reports to CEO and works closely with company executives to coordinate product highlights across digital efforts to ensure a cohesive messaging across all digital marketing vehicles.
  • Coordinating all PR interactions and updating Websites.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize client correspondence and paperwork.
  • Effectively manage client relationships, work to grow and retain clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in high end luxury or beauty industry, public relations, or marketing & advertising agency preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with Digital or Online Marketing and Web Analytics preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields).
  • Extremely detail-oriented self-starter and numbers person.
  • Experience effectively managing and optimizing Paid Social Advertising strategy & campaign implementation.
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and how to apply in the realm of digital marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing for a consumer goods company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PDF/Outlook, Photoshop is a plus.
  • Eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Analytical and creative skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Bilingual is a huge plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft and Google product suites.

Working Environment: While our client is headquartered in Portland, OR we currently operate remotely and offer our team members the benefit of working from wherever they please.
