Regarding geography - practically speaking, WA/OR is best to focus on.  We can discuss how a search could work in other geographies, but it's likely to be

like looking for a needle in a haystack, and we don't want to accidentally waste your time.

As for experience - in order to maximize the pool of potential candidates, we will consider anywhere from 1 to 10 years of experience.  The main concern for us is the quality and relevance of that experience.

The likely sweet spot is probably still 2-5 years.

The budget is commensurate with experience but we are happy to be aggressive.  Obviously there's not point saying we will pay up to 120K for 10 years of experience as an exception and then offering it to

someone with 3 years of experience.  Tell us if you prefer to have wide ranges or not and we are happy to provide maximum detail accordingly.

You can use all of our job postings interchangeable depending on the person's background.  It's all one big search, and we will hire any good people we can find, whether they are junior, experienced search or experienced brand digital marketer.

We are happy to provide a ton more detail.  Feel free to schedule some time with Art and he can answer any of the more nuanced questions.
