Our client is well-known prestige beauty brand looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Marketing Manager Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the North America business by managing the marketing programs across the US & Mexico in partnership with cross functional teams and lead retailers, Sephora/ SiJCP while identifying future retail or product opportunities to meet and exceed retail sales goals.

 

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Help drive the Sephora NA  business by developing and executing marketing plans
  •  Liaise with retailers and internal departments to secure opportunities and coordinate initiative
  • Manage, develop, and implement marketing campaigns and ensure effective utilization of available promotional space
  • Oversee the marketing promotion campaign calendar, ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and accurately, and follow-up with internal and external partners as necessary
  •  plan & execute 360 campaigns to support new product launches and core repromotes
  •  Brief all creative asset needs for Sephora
  • Effectively manage budget to business goals and financial targets
  • Recommend and advise on options and capabilities utilizing marketing and communications best practices and channel knowledge
  • Leverage research, reports, and data to support stakeholder business solution strategies
  • Support the team in developing presentations for Market Week, monthly Round Robin Meetings, Regional and Nationals Sales meetings

Marketing Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 4-5 years marketing experience
  • Sephora experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
  •  Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused
  • Broad understanding of traditional and emerging channels
