Our agency client is looking to ada full-time Data-Driven Marketing Manager to their team, starting immediately! This role sits in Boston, and will be remote hybrid/on-site upon return to office. 

Overview: 

Need Marketing Manager to join our Data Driven Futures Team. This role will focus on delivery of data and analysis driven projects and deliverables for key clients. We are looking for someone with a strong data background and a highly analytical mind who can tell strategic stories and manage client relationships. You will be able to provide the interface between our data and analytical reams and marketing clients - inspiring and helping develop the analytics and insights that can be woven into compelling and valuable narratives.

You may be transitioning from a Marketing Analyst to an analytical Marketer where your experience with data and analytical approaches gives you a unique advantage in developing insightful recommendations.

Your responsibilities as a Data Driven Marketing Manager:

  • Initially you will support one of their leading retained relationship clients. Working with their Analytic team, you will be responsible for the delivery of insights, as well as qualifying and managing ad hoc client requests. You will be part of a team using data to develop and present new and proactive initiatives to drive the client customer marketing success.

  •  Gathering and analyzing insights and data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance

  • Translating data insights into tangible business recommendations

  • Presenting data, insights, and recommendations to clients

  • Developing and championing marketing strategies to grow our clients' business

  • Qualifying client requests and developing agreed priorities by balancing level of effort and impact

  • Developing and building a deep understanding of what data is available and how to access it

  • Working with data analysts to develop analytic approaches and timelines to meet deliverable deadlines

  • Managing day to day client relationships

  • Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor Some Infrequent travel

Who are you - Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Master's Degree a plus.

  •  2+ years of experience working in an analytical capacity in management consulting, marketing agency or industry

  • Minimum 1 year in client-facing role

  • Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker with a hunger for developing supporting insights

  • Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing principles

  • Knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and statistics, particularly as it relates to CRM and CX

  • Experience working with loyalty program data is preferred, but not required

  • Experience of KPIs performance tracking, measurement, attribution, and reporting

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience in designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional marketing channels

  • Ability to conduct presentations and effectively communicate insights and ideas to a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Enthusiastic and passionate advocate of the clients reporting and learning agenda

  • Strong data visualization, data packaging and storytelling skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized thinker. Someone who is excited by helping develop structure around something new

  • Advanced excel skills, PowerPoint skills, Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI a plus.

  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups, both internally and externally

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
