BRAND MARKETING MANAGER ROLE OPEN IN LA WITH HOT FASHION APPAREL COMPANY! MUST live in LA. this is NOT a remote position. 



JOB DESCRIPTION
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships to ensure growth through strategic planning, brand development, marketing, and sales. The role is highly collaborative working with other departments such as Design, Art and Branding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Branding, work to support all marketing strategies both long and short term Increase brand awareness and ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing platforms.
  • Create and run regular marketing meetings to ensure communication between departments
  • Develop and manage the brand deck
  • Ensure customers/ stores are aware and knowledgeable on all new product releases
  • Build and implement a marketing calendar, focusing on relevant events, holidays and/ or promotions.
  • Must be metric/KPI focused and have the ability to create hindsight reports to communicate the ROI on all project rollouts
  • Research and manage PR agencies to ensure the global image and brand standards are upheld
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing, PR and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Develop strategic product collaborations in partnership with the Design team Work with the Art Director to oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of all future advertising (print and outdoor) and marketing materials.
  • Develop deliverables for all advertising campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage all marketing budgets; own and manage marketing P & L Work closely with the Art Director on upcoming strategies for new store openings.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Marketing and/or Brand Strategy within the fashion industry
  • Must live in LA
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • Must be a strong team player and work collaboratively
