One of our corporate home furnishings and interior design clients is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team for an exciting full time role.

This Marketing Manager will be part of the internal corporate marketing department and responsible for executing a range of marketing programs geared towards both consumers and the companies network of 5K+ dealer retail partners.

The Marketing Manager should be well-versed in all aspects of marketing strategy and understand how to leverage different marketing tactics to drive customer interaction, brand awareness, leads, and ultimately sales through the company dealer retail partners.

Ideal Marketing Manager candidates will have:
- 5+ years marketing/brand management experience in a consumer-focused company and BA degree or relevant experience
- Proven success developing consumer marketing communications
- Experience and comfort level collaborating with outside agencies and/or suppliers
-  Experience developing & testing innovative lead generating marketing programs.
- Understand how to propose new program strategies, collaborate with internal Digital Marketing and/or IT teams to leverage existing and emerging lead capture technologies.
- Previous experience developing creative assets and program communications to support internal sales team and stakeholders.
- Experience managing the development and measurement of success criteria, tracking execution, and utilizing learnings to propose optimizations for future implementation.
- Previous experience with strategic planning and execution of consumer promotions.
- Able to collaborate with sales team and dealers to understand local promotional support needs and develop plans to execute
- Understand how to analyze sales data to determine trends and propose strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Able to manage and work closely with creative teams to develop best-in-class promotion communication materials.
- Strong sense of urgency and inclined to take full ownership of projects
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and attention to detail
- Deep consumer empathy
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Fully proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel/Word

Nice to Have:
- Degree in Communications/Marketing preferred
- Experience developing/organizing trade show/event experiences
- Previous experience in small business management
