We are recruiting for a Marketing Operations Project Manager in the Devices and Services division of this global technology company.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee EMEA-wide copy validation project and serve as liaison between agency and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of copy validation from country teams to agency
Work with agency, local markets, regional stakeholders to document process updates
Track and resolve challenges, propose improvements, and create appropriate documentation
Develop a project dashboard to easily see status reports, tracking and impact analysis
Prepare quarterly measurement updates
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in project management in a Marketing-specific field at an agency or in-house team
Experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and collaborative working approach
PM or PMP certification
(These skills are a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable)
Experience in Marketing operations or Campaign team
Excellent project planning and project management skills
Can produce quality work under pressure with immediate deadlines
Duration: 12 months contract
