Marketing Operations Specialist 
Seattle, WA or Remote US - CONTRACT 
 

The Role 

The Company’s Demand Generation team is searching for a Marketing Operations Specialist who can drive operational efficiency in the Marketing team’s campaigns and database. By managing new campaign deliverables as well as legacy program maintenance, the Marketing Ops Specialist will help increase the velocity, consistency, and efficacy of marketing promotions and reporting. The role will also help manage, analyze, and fine-tune the systems and processes that support our inbound and outbound marketing programs. 

Responsibilities 

 Drive tactical campaign execution at scale: build programmatic infrastructure, email sends, A/B tests, list imports, audience segmentation, and managing ad-hoc updates as needed. 

 Increase efficacy of our Marketing email program including refining email templates, ensuring consistency, and maintaining email deliverability. 

 Help implement system infrastructure updates to improve campaign operations, lead routing, privacy compliance, and data management between sales and marketing systems. 

 Own, create, & execute email campaigns & engagement programs in Marketo 

 Establish marketing automation best-practices while delivering operational support 

within defined SLAs. 

 Provide campaign results and reporting to cross functional stakeholders and make 

recommendations on areas for optimization 

Qualifications­

  2+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or Campaign Management 

  1+ years in B2B SaaS marketing preferred 

  1+ years’ experience with Marketo & B2B sales/marketing technologies (Salesforce, 

ZoomInfo, Outreach) 

  Administrative experience with other marketing technologies a plus (Vidyard, 

GoToWebinar, Engagio, Bizible) 

  Working knowledge of HTML and experience building emails 

  Highly organized and detail oriented: you love process, to do QA, proofread, and 

provide actionable feedback 

  Quick-learner with a desire to improve processes 

  Creative problem solver who’s not afraid of ambiguity 

  Data driven with experience reporting on campaign performance 

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
