Popular Lifestyle Apparel Company is looking for a talented Men's Apparel Graphics / Textile Artist to join their Men’s Design team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have an upbeat personality and be able to work well independently or as part of a team.
This role will be partially ONSITE so only local candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update original graphics for men’s apparel - primarily t-shirts as well as board shorts, knits, and bottoms as needed
- Design original prints and repeats
- Re-color prints as needed
- Create one of a kind original art work and apparel graphics
- Re-size and edit artwork as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the market
- Continuously source new inspiration
- Update and maintain files
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years apparel graphics / textiles experience within men’s lifestyle
- Passion for the lifestyle apparel industry
- Knowledge of current trends
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and the Google Drive
- Experience with screen printing
- Self-starter who is able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to create a variety of designs and accept constructive criticism
