Our popular lifestyle client is looking for a Merchandising Operations Coordinator who's responsibilities will include coordination of communications, system related reports with extensive use of Excel/ PLM, managing and organizing Apparel & Accessories samples and product line plans for the Apparel Department. This role supports the Product Director and Merchandisers within Apparel & Accessories and has huge impact on the overall success of our department.
As the Merchandising Operations Coordinator, you will maintain the Apparel & Accessories product database season to season (line plan reporting and all coordination).
You will serve as the communication liaison with cross functional partners to receive and consolidate information.
What you will do:
Enovia set up & management across all categories
Sample coordination / management across all categories
Pantone / Color Books / Color Rings across all categories
Catalogue support (M+W) across all categories
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3+ years
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college - or at least 1-year related experience and/or training
Understands and embraces industry, consumer, and culture
Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM experience a plus
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, problem-solving and results oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to multitask and follow through with all tasks, assignments and job duties in a timely manner
Strong analytical and organizations skills
Ability to work in an open environment with product team and cross-functional partners
