CRM Automation Specialist

Remote is fine - must be USA based, ideally on EST

40 hours/week

Start: 6/30/21

CRM Automation Specialist

Large manufacturing company based in Atlanta seeks a candidate with extensive experience with the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a heavy focus on sales and marketing apps.
 

CRM Automation Specialist Responsibilities:
•    Enhance/ Customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing apps based on our business requirements.
•    Work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
•    Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 in detail to meet a defined set of business requirements.
•    Work with the sales and marketing teams to define and test any potential customizations to the solution, including data conversions, interfaces and functional enhancement.
•    Test and validate the final configured solution meets the requirements.
•    Leverage project management skills to lead engagements through completion particularly functional aspects while collaborating closely with the business unit’s, technical architects, and D365 Marketing Lead;
 
Qualifications:
•    At least two years of hands-on experience in Dynamics D365 and PowerApps
•    At least two years of hands-on experience in implementing Dynamics D365.
•    At least two years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
•    At least two years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
•    Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities to utilize, design, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional capacity 
•    Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
•    Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 in detail to meet a defined set of business requirements.
