MOBILE GAME PRODUCER
This is a key role that involves a high level of interaction with project team members across all disciplines, external clients / partners and internal leadership. The Mobile Game Producer is the product owner and directly responsible for all aspects of the game product and team while moving the project forward.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from development through post-launch Live Operations
• Perform as the main point of contact for the client and communicate in a timely and professional manner
• Work directly with our development partner, oversee the day to day game development process and keep the dev team accountable for hitting milestones
• Manage the project budget including projected costs and project margin; report weekly to the
Head of Production:
• Work with internal and external teams across all disciplines; craft, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and schedules
• Assist with the creation, estimation, and tracking of feature submissions
• Ensure both feature roadmap and resources lead to commercially successful development
• Work closely with the external client and Product Manager to define market and product opportunities
• Work collaboratively with Art, Design, Development and QA to create, implement and iterate high quality features and content
• Oversee the LiveOps and game service strategy; collaborate with Product Manager to determine and analyze key success metrics, and rigorously test and optimize for them to achieve revenue goals
• Work with the team’s creative leadership from concept to implementation, to ensure all designs are aligned to the core product vision
• Work with QA to triage game issues and drive updates
• Lead internal and external meetings including setting agendas and tracking call notes and action items
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to guide features from concept to post release
• Act as the central information hub and clear out any communication blockers and misaligned expectations
• Communicate effectively with internal leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities
• Facilitate day-to-day communication, organization and accountability across all disciplines to ensure product goals are met
• Work with the Head of Production on scheduling resources
