One of our production studio clients is looking for a freelance Motion Designer / Animator with basic video editing experience as well to join their team for a quick-hitting project rest of this year.
This freelance Motion Designer / Animator will be helping create short videos for social content that require custom graphics, stock photography/footage, basic video editing, and motion/animation responsibilities.
The freelance Motion Designer / Animator must be comfortable extracting shorter clips and motion elements from existing video files and stock photography, and then reformatting and animating as needed to fit the required specs and format.
Ideal freelance Motion Designer / Animator candidates will have:
- At least 2+ years of agency, in-house, or freelance motion design, animation, and video editing experience
- Fully proficient with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Preferably familiar or at least basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and video editing best practices
- Able to reformat video for vertical format
- Solid online portfolio or reel showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing samples
