Our client is a popular swim and apparel brand in Newport Beach looking for an adaptable and driven Office Manager to join their team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling of all company meetings
Manage individual calendars of the executive team
Inter company and external meeting requests
Manage interviewing process for hiring new employees
Support executives and assist with any special projects
Assist CEO/Founder on any daily tasks.
Manage the company sample salesroom
Responsible for the headquarters front desk -Mail
Manage supplies for HQ and warehouse
Responsible for all maintenance, surveillance, and repairs
Liaison with company IT
Responsible for incoming and outgoing packages, including vendor pick-ups and drop-offs
Manage relationship with landlord and parking company
Create Company Monthly Newsletter
Responsible for Sample salesroom, processing, and procedures
Manage Quarterly Sample sale
Manage yearly intern program
Manage all company travel (internal / influencers etc)
Traveling to 3PL to pick up orders
Shipping errands
Answering main office calls
Coordinate any catering/food for company meetings and events
Trade show/event paperwork
In charge of welcoming new hires
