24 Seven is partnering with one of our clients, a globally known sportswear brand based here in the Pacific Northwest.

They are looking to add an Operations & Project Manager to join their team!
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, collaborative, flexible and a problem solver. They can work on a cross-functional team while managing competing priorities and engaging with colleagues across the globe.
We are seeking someone with a startup, entrepreneurial approach, who is comfortable leading complex processes, timelines, information and reporting in a fast paced environment.
What you will work on:
If this is you, you will drive operational management for a project team, executing a highly visible milestone project.
• Lead day-to-day operations for the project team
• Track timelines, critical milestones, progress updates, workload balancing and management of project assets
• Manage budget, vendors and SOW/POs
• Escalate any critical key dates, deliverables and actions to leadership where necessary
• Establish reporting schedule to update team, stakeholders and leadership of the progress of projects and process
• Coordination of critical meetings including agendas, alignment of objectives, calendar invites and recaps
What you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Strong operational mindset with a bias to action
• A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional goals and meets them
• Can deliver results across complex projects through multitasking, planning and organization
• Able to work collaboratively with others in a matrix environment and develop consensus within diverse groups and with people at all levels within the organization
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities with attention to detail
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, with a sense of urgency and adapt quickly to change
• Curiosity and ability to think creatively and strategically
