24 Seven is partnering with their major apparel agency client to find them an Operations Manager to join their team for this hybrid model role based in Beaverton, OR. This is a full-time, salaried role with competitive benefits offered. Brief details are below. 

Overview:
The Operations Manager will act as a liaison to support alignment between the two brands across all product types (apparel, headwear, equipment, hosiery) for the North America DTC business.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and communicate the apparel process calendar, ensuring alignment with key dates and gates
  • Plan and execute seasonal product reviews for the NA DTC business units
  • Pull and analyze weekly/monthly/seasonal sales data to drive business opportunities
  • Liaison to product creation teams: design, development, product management and merchandising
  • Work with global color and materials teams and provide all necessary tools on a seasonal basis
  • Provide product information for design (line-art, specs, bom’s, fabrics, schematics, family files)
  • Act as a liaison to Global Product Licensing team in partnership with the extended teams
  • Partner with internal cross functional teams to ensure full alignment on a seasonal basis
  • Manage product requests
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative
  • Ability to understand, interpret and explain the brand’s needs
