Job description

Looking for Operations/Fulfillment Assistant position to Operations Department for Fine Jewelry. This person thrives in a fast paced environment, is proactive, a problem solver and very well organized. They assist the Operations Department with varying responsibilities: processing Returns, Repairs, Inventory, and Quality Control (QC). Ease of communication, strong attention to detail, inquisitiveness, and ability to learn quickly are all desired qualities.
 

Responsibilities:
Manage the intake, cleaning, QC, relabeling and restocking of all incoming or returned products; and ensure proper systems use.
Assist with repair vendor drop-offs and pickups.
Communicate with vendors and internal parties related to repairs, pick-ups or general inquiries
Ensure that all items received from repair vendors are accounted for on repair PO’s.
QC all repair items received back for customer orders or restock
Follow up and check against systems to ensure items are routed to the correct recipient
Receive return packages from carrier and organize into appropriate bins for returns processing
Assist with quick and accurate full inventory counts (monthly)
Quality Control for all incoming ready to ship product
Organize the labeling of new incoming bulk product
Assist the Public Relations and Marketing team with various fulfillment requests to influencers, celebrities and VIP clients during high season.
Work with the fulfillment team to process orders for B2B, B2C and Production.
Help manage and organize certificates.
Assist with inventory requests from Sales, CX, and Production.
 

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a fulfillment position in an eCommerce company (Shipping, receiving, quality control)
Shopify, Netsuite, Shipstation, Returnly experience or similar ERP
Experience processing made-to-order products is a plus
Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
You communicate effectively both written and verbally
You have the ability to problem solve and are interested in learning new systems and can adapt quickly
Have very strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize tasks by urgency
You have experience with spreadsheets, formulas and reading data
You can prioritize tasks and easily switch from one to the next
