Our client is a growing beauty company located in the valley. They are looking for an Operations Supervisor to work ONSITE at their warehouse. The ideal candidate is out of the beauty and fashion industries.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Manage inventory & stock checks
- Key eye on budgets and budget changes
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors
- Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and enforced.
- Work Closely with Shipping and Receiving to ensure orders are shipped on time.
A few other requirements:
• Knowledge of Sage or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Minimum Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
