Our client is seeking a highly motivated Paid Media Manager who has a clear understanding of conversion tracking and attribution, and the ability to coordinate ad development and translate client goals into actionable objectives. This role includes strategic ongoing recommendations, campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting. Excellence in communication and strategy are key for this role.
Establishes search strategy and defines KPIs based on client goals
Delivers comprehensive reports on a monthly basis and presents results to clients and internal teams
Develops budget recommendations
Manages day-to-day for large-scale paid search campaigns
Drives campaign optimization through performance analysis and testing
Collaborates with internal teams to enhance user experience and conversion metrics
Reviews and analyzes competitor efforts
Stays current with industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
3+ years direct experience managing paid search accounts and digital marketing campaigns at scale
Ability to manage various projects on time and on budget
Certifications: Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics
Experience with various paid mediums: display, social media, video, mobile advertising
Exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, analytical mindset
Energized leader, self-starter, multi-tasks in fast paced environment and meets deadlines
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Experience with reporting and analysis tools: Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, DashThis, ahrefs, SEMrush, SpyFu, etc.
1-2 years agency experience
Copywriting/content marketing experience
Hands-on experience with technical aspects of SEO
