Overview:
We are looking for a Partner Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our growing Partner Marketing team in North America. This role will be responsible for crafting and implementing targeted email campaigns, social campaigns, and direct outreach to prospective and new Partners into our Partner ecosystem. Close coordination with the Recruit and Grow/Scale Partner team will be crucial. This role will require collaboration across multiple teams that all work towards driving partner and customer success.
The ideal candidate qualification:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Confirmed experience in B2B marketing with 3+ years at an enterprise SaaS company
Experience executing various marketing tactics such as paid social campaigns, email campaigns and advertising.
Experience creating nurture campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
Strong collaboration skills with experience owning navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
