Our client, a leader in baby products, is looking for a committed Performance Marketer to run all Performance Marketing and paid Search Engine and Paid Social campaigns on Google, Bing, Social, Amazon, and other programmatic platforms for our Marketplace and Ecommerce websites in North America (US, CA). This person will manage all aspects of paid marketing through campaign development, implementation, optimization and analysis, in addition to owning all metrics and KPI’s, in alignment with the overall Global & North America marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Manager has the following responsibilities and duties:


Managing, executing, reporting and analysis of paid search campaign performance (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, Paid Media, Amazon, Programmatic, Syndicated) in order to ensure good levels of quality and relevant traffic to our product pages on the US and Canadian Ecomm websites
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track campaign and ad performance, cost and ROI, as well as analyze traffic trends and keywords
Analyze and Interpret data critically, provide meaning to it, and build relevant reports in order to make data-driven decisions
Working continuously with A/B testing, optimization, measurement and analysis to constantly maximize ROI and efficiency of our digital performance marketing
Keep updated with the latest trends and updates within digital marketing to challenge and develop current strategies and ways of working
Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and other team members, as well as other global team members (including other Performance Marketing Managers and the Global Marketplace team) to develop a roadmap that continually tests new assets and ideas and shares best practices.

Requirements:

Performance Marketing Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Math or other applicable field of study
3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, overseeing paid campaigns on Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Amazon, Google Ads, and other Performance Marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions
Solution-focused personality and ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

Positive attitude and optimistic world view
Desire to achieve goals through teamwork
Ability to be flexible in taking on new assignments and shifting priorities.
