Our client, a swimwear brand is searching for a Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support their Marketing and Creative team!*This is a hybrid role, offering remote work Mondays & Fridays.*
*Employees come into the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday*
*MUST be local to LA or OC areas.
Responsibilities:
- Support the business by coordinating all aspects of marketing photo shoots from pre-plan through actual shoot.
- Must be willing to travel (LA) and attend marketing photo shoots and manage on-set productions.
- This includes: organizing flow of shoot, ensuring accuracy with samples/outfits, communicating specifics of each shot to CD/AD/photographer, determining backgrounds/set designs, and managing relationship with studio
- Update and maintain accuracy of marketing shotlists during pre-production and post-production
- Managing incoming and outgoing samples
- Professionally represent brand and work closely with third party vendors such as photographers, models, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists, hair and make-up artists, etc.
- Work with Merchandising, Channel Marketing Manager, Art Director and Sales leads on samples needs, creative direction and full PDP needs
