Our client is a well-known luxury watch company that is seeking a new Forecasting and Planning Associate within Spare Parts to join their team! 

Forecasting and Planning Associate Responsibilities:

The Planning and Forecasting Associate will manager forecasting, planning, and allocation of spare parts to the companies workshops, and retailers. In addition to the technical skills to do the analysis and planning.

-In support of the retailers and Service Operations teams, ensures the integrity, functionality and relevance of the information maintained by the Forecasting and Planning Department’s various planning and forecasting tools.
-Ensures appropriate stock levels by analyzing consumption of parts across all locations for timely service and finished goods transformation for the company
-Ensures that on-going partnership with international HQ colleagues is maintained by following an identified ordering process.
-Ensures that the needs of Service Operations and Commercial Departments are met by readily responding to parts shortage and update matrix teams on product availability
-Ensures that all planning & allocating tasks that enable the flow of watches to and from service are completed to meet the companies standards of excellence.
-Executes material requirement through MRP (Material Requirement Planning System) to generate planned orders while following spare parts rules and policies.

Planning and Forecasting Associate Qualifications: 
-3+ years related experience in non-finished goods
-Power BI/BI Data Lake experience ideal
-Proficient written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization
-Relevant computer skills including Microsoft office Suite – Excel and Outlook
-Data management and mining skills
-Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills
-Organized individual with time management and deadline-oriented mindset
-Ability to learn and retain facts
-Independent thinker who can take autonomous decisions
