Planning Associate:
WEEKLY SELLING
• Create and manage all Ecom selling reports including weekly item and category reporting
• Effectively analyze and communicate weekly and monthly style sell thru analytics and KPI reporting for Ecom site
• Evaluate current business by class/style to identify specific opportunities or liabilities and to suggest reorders and/or adjustments to future on-order
• Review all opportunities or liabilities and build strategy on how to maximize opportunities and limit liabilities to profitably drive the business
• Create and maintain markdown cadence for Ecom site; partner with site manager to ensure all markdowns are implemented accordingly
• Ad-hoc reporting as necessary
INVENTORY/BUY
• Manage all buys for Ecom site, including Licensees
• Track inventory, fulfillment & transfers for both Collection and Licensee product. Execute daily/weekly inventory transfers or re-orders for out of stock styles
• Create seasonal SKU plans for all Ecom categories based on current trend and LY selling information
• Have all historical information compiled and saved to refer to such as top performing categories and styles
• Compile seasonal size analysis by category and size scale to maximize sales in top performing sizes and limit liability in underperforming sizes
• Maintain calendar with Licensees to ensure we are on time with key milestones (release date, cut dates, and markdown cadence) FINANCIALS
• Manage Ecom ROF, broken out by Collection + License, rolling to a total. ROF must be up to date at all times with actualized metrics from prior month + updated forecast for next 1-2 months.
• Build daily sales plans that align with the monthly financial target in the ROF
BEST SELLERS MTG
• Manage all 5 Wk Avg selling information for Ecom site
• Work with Sales & Merchandising to compile and distribute total company 5 Wk Avg info for monthly Best Sellers Meeting and identify any global findings.
• Review any callouts or disconnects prior to the meeting (shipping issues, major event shifts, etc) ATS
• Run and analyze ATS/OTS every Friday morning. Review any disconnects such as over or understated ATS/OTS with logistics to ensure all quantities are aligned with the placements that were passed to production
• Update ATS tracker by delivery bi-weekly to track how much ATS was sold from delivery placement to shipping. Identify opportunities and liabilities within a delivery at both a top line and granular level.

• Support pre-season planning (building ROF, by door plans, etc)
• Support with ad hoc reporting requests
• Support within season ROFing
• Replenishment Tracking
• Skypad maintenance
