24 Seven is partnering with our client whom is a globally recognized sportswear brand based here in Portland, OR. They are seeking a PLM Capsules + Collections, can be local to Beaverton, OR to be on-site when their offices open.
Build on Global Merchandising’s Line Plan for Capsules and Collections by providing a strong product perspective based on Product Road Maps and other relevant details.
Create actionable plans for the triad to execute on by identifying qualitative attributes such as color, material types, silhouette, costing target, Consumer focus, Innovation.
Define & manage placeholders in partnership with Merchandising and Product Creation (inclusive of GEL and Catalyst) to bring products closer to market. Define product pacing strategy based on process optimization (i.e. holding decision that can be taken at later stage).
Ensure that the product line remains within the capacity constraints (set by line plan) throughout the creation workflow.
Own Product Briefing
Author a consumer-led product brief that answers key consumer insight and that fuel our Long Term Consumer Concepts (LTCC).
Translate consumer, marketplace, competitor and trend insights into compelling, actionable briefs that inform design and development, by offering direction on the 6 dimensions of product excellence (silhouettes, materials, make, fit, color and finish) and by reconciliating back to financial targets and strategic product framework.
Through consumer / market expertise and commercial acumen, influence X-functional partners to deliver consumer relevant execution of briefings.
Monitor Consumer Journeys:
Partner with Merchandising to drive the execution of Product Journeys by delivering relevant product executions for identified Consumer Moments and Nike Direct/Nike Digital first.
Franchise & Classification Excellence & Evolution:
Partner with Merch and Design to drive franchise & classification strategy to hit long term growth, by leveraging consumer, product and marketplace insights.
Reflect it into product executions as well as long term roadmaps.
Informed Consumer Insights:
Drive specific Product and Consumer Insight work (MICRO level) to enrich Briefings and product decisions, in addition to leveraging macro level insights provided by the Consumer Insight team.
