They are looking to add a Portfolio Management Administrator to join their team on contract over the next 12 months that is likely to extend and possibly become full time.
- Manages correspondence with LL and third party lease administration vendor Manages LL/TT consents.
- Manages day-to-day critical date/dollar tracking.
- Assists in ad-hoc lease reporting and analysis.
- Manages general administration and coordination of lease and related documents.
- Coordinates and processes daily document flow between our client and third party lease administration vendor.
