Our client, a NYC-based influencer, events, public relations, and social media agency is actively seeking a strong, well-established Associate Account Executive to join the Talent Relations team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Procuring on-brand celebrity talent and influencer options for communications and social media campaigns
• Negotiating campaign offers
• Contracting sponsored campaigns and spokesperson deals
• Managing 10+ influencer campaigns, ambassador campaigns, and celebrity spokesperson deals
• Assisting in planning and executing talent PR programs and events (virtual and in person depending on climate)
• Coordinating product seedings and event invites
• Hosting influencers and celebrities (virtually and in-person depending on climate)
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in public relations/influencer marketing in-house or at an agency
• Deep understanding of the influencer landscape with a proven track record
• In tune with the latest social media platforms and trends
• Experience with influencer audience analytics platforms
• Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated to work on multiple campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism or other relevant areas of study
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Position is currently remote given current climate, but travel is required once it is safe to do so
• Beauty experience is a HUGE plus!
