Job description

Our client is a fast-growth, stealth startup redefining the future of on-demand work. Our Beta spans multiple billion dollar markets, and is already driving significant efficiency gains for our users. Our team includes successful founders, as well as alumni from Facebook, Uber, Google, Netflix, LinkedIn, and Docker. Backed up by the top tier VCs in the valley, we’re scaling rapidly and offering the opportunity to join at the early stages of building our company.

About the role:
We’re looking for an end-to-end UX Designer who can take our iOS/Android apps to the next level as well as support our enterprise website. In this role, you will:
Work closely with the founding team, product and engineering to build new features and refine existing ones
Own the design process for your projects, including research, ideation, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, production, measurement and refinement
Lead product design reviews
Develop design frameworks including style guides, tone & voice, and brand assets
Identify problems and recognize use cases to create accessible solutions
Collaborate with leadership on our product strategy

Skills we’re looking for:
Minimum of 3 years experience; 5+ years preferred
Experience designing for native iOS/Android (for products that have shipped)
Experience collaborating with Engineers, Product Managers and other functions
